COVID-19 Order Processing/Shipping Notice
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), order processing may take additional time to process due to high order volume or other factors beyond our control. All shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control and the high volume moving through our carriers’ network. Palahook Accessories will not refund or credit shipping costs for shipments delayed during this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Canada Post, our delivery company of choice, provides services from Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holidays. Shipping time is 3-7 business days calculated from the time the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any delays, loss or damage in transit and will not refund shipping costs.

Delivery costs will be automatically calculated during payment, before finalizing your order. Delivery times do not include the processing time for your order (1 to 2 business days). However, please be assured that we aim to process your order the same day whenever possible.

To ensure better service, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery. In case you are absent, the delivery person will leave a note so that you can collect your package at the postal counter nearest to you. Unclaimed or refused packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.

We only deliver to Quebec and Ontario.

Other provinces and international

Note that we do not currently offer delivery to remote areas and internationally.
