Everything you need to know about the Palahook

This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects for a period of two years from the original purchase date. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. All claims must be made within the warranty period. The product will be repaired or replaced (in whole or in part) at our sole discretion. Shipping charges may apply. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by: negligence or misuse of the product, commercial use, accident, use contrary to the instructions, disassembly, or modification by anyone other than the repair service. Stains, discoloration, loss of elasticity, stretching, and scratches are normal and do not affect the product's performance; therefore, they are not covered by this warranty.

Its elastomeric properties allow it to adapt to most palapas found on Caribbean beaches.

We use Purolator and Canada Post.

A 2-year replacement warranty for the PALAHOOK and a 30-day replacement warranty for accessories, starting from the date of purchase, covers any manufacturing defects that affect its use. The product must have been used within its limitations.

The maximum weight is limited to 9 kilos, and its maximum elasticity is 15% depending on the outside temperature.

You can return your Palahook and accessories at your own expense, provided they are unused. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return your Palahook.

*The decision to refuse a return that does not comply with Palahook's return policy is final and cannot be appealed.

Once we receive your package, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing returns. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

*Additional processing times with Stripe or your bank are not included in these times.
