The maximum weight limit is 9 kilograms 19 pounds, and its maximum elasticity is 15%, depending on the outdoor temperature.

You can return your Palahook at your own expense if it has not been used. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return it.

*The decision to refuse a return that does not comply with Palahook’s return policy is final and cannot be disputed.

Once we have received your package, please allow 1 to 3 business days for returns processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
