Everything you need to know about the Palahook

This warranty applies to all manufacturing defects and defects related to materials for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. Please keep your invoice as proof of the purchase date. All claims must be filed during the warranty period. The product will be repaired or exchanged (in whole or in part only) at our sole discretion. Shipping fees may apply. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts or damage caused by: negligence or misuse of the product, use for commercial purposes, accident, use contrary to the instructions for use, disassembly, modification carried out by a person outside the repair service. Stains, discoloration, loss of elasticity, stretching and scratches of the product are normal, do not affect the performance of the product, and are therefore not covered by this warranty.

A 2-year replacement guarantee for the PALAHOOK and 30-day replacement guarantee for accessories following the date of purchase for any manufacturing defect that impacts its use. The product must have been used within its limitations.

The maximum weight is limited to 9 kilos, and its maximum elasticity is 15% depending on the outside temperature.

You can return your Palahook and accessories at your own expense, provided they have not been used. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return your Palahook.

*The decision to refuse a return that does not comply with Palahook's return policy is final and cannot be overturned.

Once we have received your package, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing returns. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

*Additional delays with Stripe or your banking institution are not included in these timeframes.
